Dear Masterman Auction Guest,
We are writing to let you know that the Masterman auction is switching from an in-person to a virtual event due to COVID-19 precautions and large event restrictions set forth by the School District of Philadelphia.
If you purchased a ticket for our auction event, we hope that you will generously allow your ticket price to be treated as a donation to our school (which is now fully tax-deductible, and we will provide a tax receipt.) If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All pre-purchased raffle tickets (50/50 or basket) will be honored. Details on raffle drawings will be provided to raffle ticket holders separately.
Auction catalog preview will open on Sunday, March 15. Mobile / online bidding will open to the Masterman community on Monday, March 16 at 8 am. Items will close on Saturday, March 21 at 10 pm. You will receive an email notification to preview the catalog and an invitation to bid.

MOBILE BIDDING IS BACK!
This year’s virtual fundraiser will be conducted via Mobile/Online Bidding for all items. You can bid on auction items using your smartphone or tablet. You can easily track items you are interested in by selecting them as your favorites, receive outbid and won notifications, and more. This mobile feature is already in use with most school auctions in the city. It will allow us to have more robust bidding and raise more funds for the school.
